Some Simple Housekeeping...
Before your Eyelash appointment, please arrive on time, makeup free as possible to ensure there is more time for lashing. If possible, use the bathroom as it may be an inconvenience if you need to go during service. Please wear comfortable clothing as you can be here for at least an hour. If at any time during service your eyes begin to water or the eyepads feel uncomfortable, please let us know as this can affect application.
For waxing clients, please ensure there is enough hair growth (minimum 1cm) for removal and you arrive free of moisturiser. This can affect waxing procedure. Please let us know if there are any ingredients you are allergic to or whether you are on medication that may cause the skin to be thinner. Your therapist will go over this with you.
For tinting and henna clients, please be as makeup free as possible. If you have reacted to the chemicals before, you will be required to undergo a patch test. Please note that a chemical reaction can occur at any time regardless of whether you have passed a previous patch test. Please note, we do not tint the bottom lashes separately due to the risk of tint getting into your eyes.
If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 72 hours to see if we can rectify the problem as early as possible. You will be asked to come back for a complimentary fix-up. As our services use our time, resources and skills, we cannot always guarantee a full refund.
